Izabela is a licensed medical aesthetician with over 25 years of hands-on experience in skincare and advanced aesthetic treatments.
Originally from Poland, she began her career after graduating from an international skincare school and gained early experience working with the prestigious French brand Matis. Her passion for helping others feel confident and radiant has driven her work ever since.
For more than 15 years, she has worked alongside top plastic surgeons in Princeton and New Brunswick, specializing in medical-grade treatments including RF microneedling, chemical peels, and a wide range of clinical facials customized for each patient’s unique needs.
She is also widely sought after for her melasma treatments, known for combining multiple modalities to create highly personalized protocols that deliver visible, lasting results.
Izabela’s approach is rooted in the belief that beautiful skin begins with healthy skin. Through a combination of clinical expertise and patient education, she is committed to helping each person feel their best in their own skin.
Outside the treatment room, she enjoys traveling with her husband, staying active, cooking nutritious meals, and spending time with their three cats.

Amber is a dedicated and compassionate Physician Associate with a strong commitment to patient care. She graduated undergrad from Canisius College in Buffalo, NY with a major in Biology, and a minor in Psychology and then went on to Daemen College, graduating with a Master's of Science in 2009. With a background in plastic and reconstructive surgery since she graduated, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a warm, approachable demeanor to her practice.
Amber is passionate about empowering her patients with the information and care they need to make informed decisions to construct their aesthetic journey together. When she’s not at Bright Medical Aesthetics seeing patients, Amber enjoys being a mother to her three children, going for a neighborhood walk with her Australian Shepard, traveling with family and friends, entertaining at her home in Metuchen, or rooting for her favorite team- the Buffalo Bills with her husband on Sundays. She prides herself on continually bringing the same enthusiasm and care to her personal life as she does to her professional life. Amber has been working alongside her medical director, Dr Kevin Nini since 2009 at the start of her career. They are thrilled to be working together to offer the top quality care their patients deserve and have become accustomed to, now at Bright Medical Aesthetics.
Dr. Kevin Nini is a renowned physician specializing in plastic and reconstructive surgery for over 30 years, and is the esteemed Medical Director of Bright Medical Aesthetics. With a passion for helping patients look and feel their best, Dr. Nini combines his medical expertise with an artistic eye to deliver personalized, cutting-edge treatments. He is dedicated to providing a welcoming space where patients can achieve their aesthetic goals safely and effectively. Outside of the OR, office, and med spa, Dr. Nini enjoys staying active with his family at the beach and on his farm, enjoying nature and the outdoors, traveling, and exploring the latest trends in wellness and beauty.
